We present a trio of wines from Arribes, different varieties in the borders of the Douro, just before reaching Portugal. Granitic soils and autochthonous old varieties, elaborated to dream of the Spanish far west.

The wines
Tierra Prometida 2022
Elaborated from a vineyard located at the upper part of the Douro canyon, at 750 meters altitude, growing in very poor sandy granite soils with quartz inclusions. Crafted with local varieties, Bruñal, Juan García, Garnacha, and we also add Syrah.
Sin Blanca 2018
The flagship of the Hato and Garabato reds, made from grapes from very old vines over 80 years old, and from all the varieties present in the vineyard: Juan García at 80%, accompanied by Bruñal, Bastardillo and Rufete.
Otro Cuento 2021
This is a white wine from Arribes that aims to show what the granitic terroir is like here, in Arribes. Made from old vines, planted at the same time as it used to be, with a large and variable percentage of white vines (between 30 and 50%) dominated by the Doña Blanca variety.
