Tierra Prometida 2022
Elaborado a partir de una viña ubicada en la parte alta del cañón del Duero, a una altitud de 750 metros, que crece en unos suelos muy pobres de arenas graníticas con inclusiones de cuarzo. Elaborada con variedades locales, Bruñal, Juan García, Garnacha y añadimos la Syrah.
El Buen Rollo 2020
100% Tinta de Toro, unirrigated and traditional goblet vineyard, calcareous clay soils with high sand content, handcrafted by hand. Fermentation and maceration in a single tank. Ageing of four months in barrels, 50% French oak of 4 or 5 years old and 50% American oak of 1 to 4 years old.
Otro Cuento 2021
This is a white wine from Arribes that aims to show what the granitic terroir is like here, in Arribes. Made from old vines, planted at the same time as it used to be, with a large and variable percentage of white vines (between 30 and 50%) dominated by the Doña Blanca variety.
